How to take it

Plant variety, without the shopping list.
Six groups. Fifty-seven ingredients.
Every ingredient below is a whole-food concentrate or extract. Where a compound is named, such as quercetin, resveratrol or curcumin, it is naturally present in the listed foods rather than added as an isolate.
Thirty seconds, once a day.
What we will not tell you
We will not promise this works for everyone, because no supplement does and nobody can honestly say otherwise. GT-05 is a food supplement: it adds plant variety, antioxidants and live cultures to your diet. It is not a medicine, it does not treat or prevent any infection, and it is not a substitute for anything your doctor has prescribed. If a greens powder is ever sold to you as a solution to a viral condition, that is a claim no evidence supports, and a reason to be sceptical of the seller, including us.

Questions.
Will this work for me?
We cannot tell you that, and you should be wary of any supplement brand that does. GT-05 adds antioxidants, plant variety and live cultures to your diet. Whether you notice a difference depends on what your diet already looks like, and nutrition research on whole-food powders is genuinely mixed.
Does it help with herpes or outbreaks?
No, and we will not imply otherwise. GT-05 is a food supplement. It is not an antiviral, it does not treat, prevent, cure or shorten any infection, and no ingredient in it has been shown to do so. Antiviral medication is a matter for your doctor, and nothing here replaces it. We sell this as a greens powder, because that is what it is.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing happens. There is no loading phase and no streak to protect. Pick it back up whenever.
Can I take it with my prescription?
Check with your prescriber first. Green tea extract, Korean ginseng and turmeric can all interact with common medications including anticoagulants and some blood pressure drugs.
How does it taste?
Green, with berry sweetness from the fruit concentrates. Most people find it fine in water and better in a smoothie.
