HerpesCareHub is a small, U.S.-based online store selling dietary supplements for general wellness and nutritional support. We operate out of Channing, Texas, and ship across the United States.
Why we exist
People looking for wellness products in this category are often met with two bad options: overpromising sellers who imply a cure, or storefronts that make you feel like you should be embarrassed to be there. We'd rather be plain about what we sell, honest about what it isn't, and quiet about your order.
What that means in practice
- No cure claims. Our products are supplements, not medication. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a replacement for care from a licensed healthcare provider. We say so on every page.
- Discreet shipping. Plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product names or health-related wording on the outside.
- 90 days, no questions asked. If a product isn't right for you, email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund it — even if the bottle is empty.
- A real person answers. Email us and you'll hear back from someone, usually within one business day.
